HOW TO PREP YOUR CHICK'N

THINGS TO KNOW:

  • Refrigerate immediately upon receipt (for at least 24 hours)

  • Since your HOC product contains ZERO animal products or dairy and is vacuum sealed immediately after they are prepared, they are made to be shipped right away safely, received and refrigerated or frozen

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

BAG OF CHICK'N

  • Make sure your chick'n is room temperature

  • Coat with a little oil, season to your liking, and fry, grill, sauté, or air fry

COMBO

Fried Chick'n:

  • Preferred Method - Deep Fry at 350-375 for 5-6 mins. Place on paper towel to soak excess oil

  • Oven - Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place on non-stick oven safe dish. Cook for 14-18 mins (flip half way through)

  • Air Fryer - 350 degrees for 10 mins

Grilled Chick'n: 

  • Oven - Remove from plastic, place bag in oven 400 for 25 min (until roasted)

  • Stovetop - Add a little oil or your fav sauce. Reheat on grill or non-stick pan until warm/hot

BRISKET

  • Make sure your brisket is room temperature.

  • Cover your brisket in your fav sauce, coat both sides

  • Heat up your outdoor or indoor grill, place brisket on grill and create a sear on both sides (about 4-5 mins per side)
